Therefore, if you are affected by conditions such as impacted wisdom teeth, it would be better for you to use a soft-bristled toothbrush. Last but not least, you should learn the proper techniques of brushing your teeth. Regardless of what condition your teeth are in, it is important to spend several minutes brushing and flossing your teeth. Most dentists recommend an average time of two minutes. If you spend less than a minute, you aren’t giving sufficient time for the toothpaste to do its job. What’s the point of applying toothpaste on your teeth if you aren’t giving the chemicals enough time to react with the stains that have accumulated on the teeth surface? By heeding these teeth brushing rules, you stand a better chance of maintaining healthy teeth. You also reduce the chances of contracting gum diseases which can be extremely painful.
