Reiki (ray – key) is a spiritual healing practice that brings balance and an enhanced sense of well-being. The word Reiki in Japanese means universal life energy the energy found in all life. The Usui System of Reiki Healing Usui Shiki Ryoho ;applies this energy through gentle touch for the purpose of healing. Reiki is easy to learn, and self-treatment is the foundation of the practice. Reiki is most often used as a home remedy to soothe the physical and mental distresses of everyday life. More and more, over the last fifteen years, Reiki is also used in conjunction with conventional medical care.
Thetahealing ; is more than a healing technique. Having been developed by its founder Vianna Stibal in 1995, it is fairly new. To our souls it is simply a reminder of our limitless potential and what our souls have always known. Thetahealing connects us to the fullness of our Source/Creator/Spirit as it reconnects us to the fullness of our beings and of who we are. It reconnects us to the universe and to our very essence not just through a new set of healing frequencies, but through an entirely new bandwidth. The reality of its existence has demonstrated itself clearly in practice as well as in scientific studies.
Thetahealing is done in the lower brain wave of Theta where the brainwaves are slow and cycling at 4-7 cycles per second. In this lowered consciousness and while connecting to your Spiritual connection, there is a unified and intense healing field created to support the manifestation of life changes, plus spiritual, emotional, mental and physical healing. It is through Thetahealing that we reach our unlimited potential by resetting negative beliefs to positive ones while shifting and clearing the DNA our blue print, and aligning us with our limitless God selves.
How does it differ from the other forms of energy work used now?
We are all experiencing interesting times in the world in which we live. Its as though time seems to be moving faster as well as expanding on many levels. This transition is referred to by many as The Shift; and Shift of the Ages which are two terms used by Gregg Braden. The transition was predicted by the Mayans, the Incas, the Hopi, Nostradamus, Edgar Cayce, and the Kabbalah (both Jewish and Christian). In Walking Between the Worlds, Braden defines this shift as both a time in Earth history as well as an experience of human consciousness. Defined by the convergence of decreasing planetary magnetics and increasing planetary frequency upon a point in time, the Shift of the Ages, or simply, The Shift, represents a rare opportunity of collectively re-patterning the expression of human consciousness. The Shift is the term applied to the process of Earth accelerating through a course of evolutionary change, with the human species linked, by choice, to the electromagnetic fields of Earth, following suit through a process of cellular change.
In the new healing realm of consciousness that we exist in today, we have many more healing techniques available to us. And even though many of the older techniques work as well now as they always did, we have evolved and we are now more powerful than we were, so the old techniques are no longer enough. Within our new, expanded consciousness we shift faster with less limitations just as horses are no longer appropriate as our main mode of transportation, although, decades in the past they functioned just fine. These techniques also limited the healer as well as the client by the need to remove jewelry and leather, faith on the clients end and protection rituals for both client and practitioner and these requirements are not present in the new frequencies.
For a moment, picture yourself standing at one end of a beautiful bridge. Your goal in becoming an accomplished healer awaits you on the other side. Your first step is to learn a technique. You throw yourself into this technique, mastering it, maybe even becoming a teacher. You have now mastered this first step. Its okay to love it, but be careful to not limit yourself by feeling you know it all. Otherwise you may become too comfortable, stagnant, and remain stuck at that level for the rest of your life. The remainder of your journey over the bridge will be progressive and deeply enlightening. Move forward and continue to evolve, one step at a time. Just trust and the journey will unfold before you.
The difference between Reiki healing and Thetahealing is basically one of intent. They both possess the intent to heal yourself or another on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.
Reiki uses symbols with healing, to direct energy into the body to shift to whatever degree to which you are meant to shift.
Thetahealing connects you and your higher self to the Creator of all that is for instant intuitive insight and knowing to facilitate healing in the body on all levels.
Everyone’s experience with Thetahealing is unique. Often healings are experienced in an instant. But sometimes it takes a bit longer for a healing to unfold. Sometimes your healings come in the form you anticipated; sometimes in a form you haven’t anticipated, one that the universe has in mind specifically for you.
Healings can come in all forms. The best way to recieve a healing is to proceed in a state of expectation but without attachment. With Reiki or Thetahealing you can relax on a massage table, or a couch or the floor, close your eyes and simply notice. Observe! Become both the observer and the observed. With Thetahealing working in a chair across from your practitioner is highly effective or working subspace through the phone, is also highly effective.
There are many paths to health, happiness, and prosperity. Since we are all different we come from different environments, lifestyles, beliefs, and experiences. We may prefer one path over another. We may decide that none fit us perfectly and start to put together a unique path that combines component parts of many paths. Educating yourself about the various ways to achieve wholeness, wellness and prosperity is the best way to determine what works best for us. ThetaHealing has no mantras, symbols to be used, or special sequences that have to be followed to achieve results. Compared to many other techniques, ThetaHealing is very simple and straight-forward. Experiencing ThetaHealing first-hand is the best way to understand how powerful yet simple it is and experience how different it is from other healing modalities.
Follow your heart, your intuitive instincts you will find the right path and the right healer for you. You should know with ThetaHealing, the practitioner is a facilitator and does not heal the client. The practitioner connects to the theta energy where he or she facilitates the change process that is done by the Source Energy, the Creator of All at Is, the energy that is within each of us and all things. This energy is called by many different names – including God, Yahweh, Buddha, Jesus, Goddess, Shiva, the Oneness, the Divine Light, and Allah. The practitioner works with the life force energy directing and witnessing the changes needed. WAKE UP all of you who think that anyone or anything else other than the INFINITE CREATOR within you has more power than you. It goes beyond intention into trust and knowing. Remember that the INFINITE within you has power over all else and everything comes from WITHIN and NOTHING from without…..Know that the Infinite is within every cell in your body and you will recognize your highest self when you open to divine love and wisdom.
